PURCHASE PROCEDURES. To purchase a product, please send us an email (ALFA@Rally.cc) and we will send you back a PayPal invoice. Then, use the "Pay Invoice" button in the email to send payment and shipping information. This method is secure and it allows us the maximum flexibility for custom orders and shipping options. Please note that while our payment processing is via PayPal, you do NOT need a PayPal account to make a purchase. You may use any major credit card.

Most ALFA products come with a 1 year limited warranty.

Service Policy: All units covered by the limited warranty will be repaired or replaced at the descretion of Small Systems Specialists at no cost except for shipping and handling. Units which have exceeded the warranty period or which have violated the terms of the warranty will be repaired for the standard labor rate of $50/hour (1 hour minimum charge) plus parts. All determinations regarding the application of the limited warranty are at the sole descretion of Small Systems Specialists and are final.

Return Policy: All ALFA rally products are custom made to order. Uninstalled merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund less shipping fees plus a 10% handling charge. Merchandise which has been installed or used in any way may be returned within 14 days of purchase for credit against future purchases less shipping fees and a 10% handling charge. ANY returned merchandise not found to be in factory new condition is subject to a reconditioning charge based upon our standard parts and labor rates. There are no exceptions to this policy!

Disclaimer: ALFA rally products have been in production since 1983, and have an execellent reputation for accuracy and durability. Although every effort has been made to assure this reliable and accurate operation, Small Systems Specialists will not be responsible for any loss, including money, property, time, or trophies due to the malfunction of this product. Good operating practice dictates that the user verify the product is in good working order before it is relied upon in competition.
